Classes
We have decided to pause our cooking classes for now. Part of the space was remodeled to include the Co-op Bakery during the pandemic when we weren’t holding classes. We’ve worked diligently since early 2023 to make both programs work, but holding classes disrupts the Bakery’s production, so it doesn’t make sense to continue cooking classes while the Bakery is working in that space.
At the end of 2024, the Bakery will move to a newly remodeled space and we look forward to offering classes early 2025.

Class Registration
Pre-registration is required for all classes. Fees are due when you register. Register for classes online via our website.
Due to limited space, all classes are for registered attendees only. We kindly ask that babies and small children are not brought to class.
Co-op Members Save on Classes
Each class registration has two prices, one for members and one for the public. Save on classes and get other perks by becoming a Co-op member.
Class Refund Policy
Class registration fees will be refunded for cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class. We do realize that unforeseen emergencies can occur. Cancellations with less than 48 hours before the start of the class are eligible for a 50% refund. No-call/No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Class Information
We offer demonstration and hands-on cooking classes.
In our demonstration classes, Students ask questions, watch the chef demonstrate essential techniques, learn about ingredients and sample each dish.
Our hands-on classes allow you to make all of the dishes, cooking alongside the chef with 12 other students, making this an intimate and fun experience. You will enjoy the dishes you prepared in class. Students receive copies of the recipes, shopping list and a shop after class coupon in all cooking classes. Menus may change due to the availability of seasonal ingredients.
We expect all students to behave in a safe and respectful manner, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Parking
Complimentary parking is available on the first floor of the parking garage at 28th and S streets. After 6pm and on weekends all levels of the garage are available.
