Garlicky Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch dark leafy greens of your choice, stems removed, and roughly chopped
  • 2-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T. olive oil

Cooking Instructions

In a large skillet, sauté the garlic in the oil until fragrant.

Add the greens and sauté until wilted about 3-5 minutes. Carefully add a little water and cover until tender.
