Join Lucia as she teaches you how to craft light and fluffy gnocchi by hand. We will make spinach ricotta gnocchi and top them off with a homemade tomato cream sauce. You will then make a fennel and endive salad with toasted almonds, topped with fresh goat cheese for an Italian dinner you won’t forget!

Lucia Oliverio’s philosophy is cooking should be fun and uncomplicated, creating the best memories with your family in the process. Recipes should be simple, taking the freshest ingredients and elevating them. Lucia’s Italian immigrant mother and grandmother are her mentors who started her cooking journey. At 21, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Since then, she has learned about food’s power in healing the body. Lucia has a BS in Science in Nutrition and Food.
