Chocolate Almond Bites
Ingredients
- 1 c. dates
- 1 c. almonds
- 3 T. cocoa powder
- 1/4 c. shredded coconut
- pinch sea salt
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to your food processor and blend until the nuts are well chopped and a thick “dough” starts to form, about 3-5 minutes. If it isn’t coming together, add a little water (up to a tablespoon or two) to encourage everything to come together.

Roll into bite sized balls and roll in a little shredded coconut if you like. Store in the fridge for up to a month or in the freezer much longer.
