The Co-op Deli & Kitchen is open daily to everyone from 7am to 10pm.

Co-op Housemade

Our purpose is to provide our community with seasonal, local, organic food that is wholesome, delicious and made fresh daily in our kitchen. We feature an organic salad bar, a hot buffet that changes seasonally, dozens of fresh salads, fresh juices and smoothies, local kombucha on tap, pizza made to order and by the slice, nourishing hot soups, and fresh in-house baked goods.

Pachamama Cooperative Cafe

Hours: 7am to 7pm

Our Cooperative Cafe is a partnership with Pachamama Coffee Cooperative. This unique cafe provides a premier barista experience right inside our store, offering a full lineup of espresso drinks, pour overs, coldbrews, organic teas, and seasonal specials. Order ahead through the website and skip the line!

Sandwiches & Grill

Choose from our many unique options including some of the best vegan sandwiches in town. Made with organic produce, meats free of growth hormones and antibiotics, and locally sourced breads. Choose from our house favorites or create your own.

Taqueria

Street tacos, burritos, and quesadillas made to order featuring our housemade fillings, salsas and toppings. Made with certified organic produce, beans, tofu, grains, and tortillas.

Pizza

Our signature pies are baked to order. They are made with our organic housemade dough, organic produce, housemade sauces, and premium meats and cheeses that never contain nitrates, antibiotics or growth hormones.

Choose one of our popular blends or create your own. Always made with the freshest organic fruits, vegetables and herbs, organic juices & milks, and all-natural supplements.
