Lucia shares her secrets to making a traditional creamy mushroom risotto. She’ll bust the myth that risotto is complicated and time-consuming by showing you how you can make it in just 22 minutes! Lucia will then make a fennel and orange salad with toasted pistachios. This sweet and tangy, juicy and bright-fresh citrus salad will cheer up any dreary winter day!
