In this class Melinda will demonstrate making a simple meal using the age-old standard American meal template of a protein, seasonal veggies, and a starch. For the menu we will be using the Co-op’s own rotisserie chicken, local potatoes and greens along with healing herbs and spices for you to sample in class. Vegetarian and vegan options will be discussed.
