Join Lucia as she shows you how to make a delicious one-pot creamy broccoli soup that is naturally low-carb, vegan and gluten-free. Lucia will then show you how to make a hearty lentil soup that provides you with lots of iron and potassium. She dresses this soup with fresh slices of avocado and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil giving you the good fats that we all need.
This class has a vegan and gluten-free menu.
