Tapas are meant to be shared, so this festive menu is perfect for a party! In this hands-on class, you will work with a small group of students to make mushrooms with white wine and garlic, stuffed piquillo peppers with fresh goat cheese, and the classic egg tortilla! You will cook along with Chef Lucia and enjoy your festive appetizers in class. We limit this class to 10 students so each person gets a quality experience. Glasses of wine will be available to purchase in this class.
About the Instructor:
Lucia Oliverio’s philosophy is cooking should be fun and uncomplicated, creating the best memories with your family in the process. Recipes should be simple, taking the freshest ingredients and elevating them. Lucia’s Italian immigrant mother and grandmother are her mentors who started her cooking journey. At 21, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Since then, she has learned about food’s power in healing the body. Lucia has a BS in Science in Nutrition and Food.
