Dust off those pasta machines you’ve had tucked away and join Italian food expert Lucia as she shares her secrets to perfect, homemade pasta. We’ll start by making pasta dough by hand the traditional Italian way, rolling sheets of dough through the machine and then creating the perfect fettuccine cut. Lucia will then show us how to make a classic pesto sauce. You will finish by making an arugula salad with orange citrus vinaigrette, slivered almonds, and dried cherries. You will never buy store-bought pasta again!

Lucia Oliverio’s philosophy is cooking should be fun and uncomplicated, creating the best memories with your family in the process. Recipes should be simple, taking the freshest ingredients and elevating them. Lucia’s Italian immigrant mother and grandmother are her mentors who started her cooking journey. At 21, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Since then, she has learned about food’s power in healing the body. Lucia has a BS in Science in Nutrition and Food.
