Spring Pie Workshop: Strawberry Rhubarb with a Crumble Topping

Strawberries and rhubarb are the epitome of Spring! In this workshop, Gabrielle will show you how to make the perfect all-butter pie crust, fruit filling and crumble topping. In this small hands-on class, you will make new friends and leave with your own freshly baked pie and the confidence of knowing how to make a pie from scratch.

Instructor: Gabrielle Dietrich

About the Instructor: Gabrielle Dietrich has been teaching classes to adults and children in the Sacramento area for over 5 years. She is passionate about demystifying and making accessible, practical culinary knowledge. With a background in Biodynamic farming/gardening and education, she brings years of working with the natural world into her work. “The transformative power of working with our hands to create is unimaginably important, and I am here to walk along with you into your birthright.”
