In this phase 1 workshop, Gianna will give you tools to help you begin to effectively respond to stress and anxiety, increase your self-awareness, reduce self-criticism and learn to respond rather than react, neglect or numb out stressors. She’ll go over how you can replace coping behaviors with healthy regulating practices to promote your mental health and reduce burnout.
