Marinate with remaining ingredients for a minimum of an hour and as long as overnight.Oven MethodPreheat oven to 450°. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning together. Drain chicken of marinade. Dredge each piece in the breadcrumb mixture to coat well. Lay onto a parchment lined sheet pan.Spray chicken with oil spray and bake in oven 18-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked and nicely browned and crispy. Remove from oven and serve hot.
