- 1 mango, seeded and diced
- 1/4 c. spring onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. bull’s blood microgreens
- A handful of macadamia nuts
- 2 Tbsp. roughly chopped cilantro
- 1 medium jalapeno, diced
- 1 medium watermelon daikon, thinly sliced
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- sea salt and pepper to taste
