Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangos, diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 large lime, juiced (about ¼ cup lime juice)
- salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and carefully mix to combine. Allow to sit 10 minutes for the flavors to marry. This salsa is great with chips, as a topping for tacos or as a delightful addition to a salad.
