Ingredients
- 2 c frozen mango (or fresh mango and ice)
- 1″ knob fresh ginger, roughly chopped
- a couple grinds of freshly ground pepper
- 2″ knob fresh turmeric, roughly chopped (or 1 tsp ground)
- 1-2 scoops your favorite protein powder (collagen, pea, whey, hemp)
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
Optional
- cashews
- hemp, flax or soaked chia seeds
- banana and/or pineapple
Cooking Instructions

Blend all ingredients together using a high powered blender. Add water to make a thinner consistency if you like.
