Meyer Lemon and Lavender Gimlet
Ingredients
- Ice enough to fill shaker and a glass
- 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
- 1 oz Fresh Meyer Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Rose water
- lemon twist for garnish
Cooking Instructions

Shake ingredients on ice until well chilled. Minimum one minute. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime twist. Enjoy!
