Artichoke & Asparagus Pasta
Delicious hot or cold.
  1. Toss together the cooked penne pasta, extra virgin olive oil, prepared vegetables, Rucola Sauce and Italian parsley.
  2. Add salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Top with Parma, and or shredded Parmisano Reggiano.
  4. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature.
