Creamy Spinach and Avocado Soup with Arugula

  1. In a blender, combine the spinach, arugula and water; blend until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, diluting with water if necessary to achieve desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
