each garlic powder, cumin, oregano, sea salt
Freshly ground pepper
snapper or halibut fillets
Corn tortillas, warmed
Mix the spices together with the sea salt and some freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle liberally on both sides of the fish.
Preheat the grill. Brush the fish with olive oil and grill for 4 minutes on each side or until done. Remove fish from the grill and flake with a fork.
Serve inside corn tortillas with cabbage, guacamole and salsa.
