  1. Mix all ingredients (except coconut) together in a bowl until incorporated.
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls and enjoy as a heart healthy snack.
  3. Roll in shredded coconut for an extra treat. Feel free to substitute any nuts, seeds or dried fruit for the ones recommended. Add warming spices to encourage healthy digestion.
