Herb & Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders
boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
fresh ground black pepper
panko bread crumbs
Cut chicken into thin strips (2 inches long X 1 inch thick X 1 inch wide).
Marinate with remaining ingredients for a minimum of an hour and as long as overnight.
Preheat oven to 450°. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning together. Drain chicken of marinade. Dredge each piece in the breadcrumb mixture to coat well. Lay onto a parchment lined sheet pan.
Spray chicken with oil spray and bake in oven 18-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked and nicely browned and crispy. Remove from oven and serve hot.
