  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. For crisp topping, stir together dry ingredients, including pecans. Cut the butter into small pieces and work into the flour mixture with your fingers until it has a crumbly texture.
  3. Toss all ingredients from the first column in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to ovenproof baking dish; spoon crisp topping evenly over the fruit to form a crust, leaving no fruit exposed.
  4. Bake for 30-45 minutes, until the topping is dark golden brown the the juices have thickened slightly.
