Strawberry Avocado Salad

  1. Combine the dressing ingredients and whisk until well combined. Set aside for flavors to mingle for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Combine the spinach and romaine together in a large bowl. Layer the salad with sliced strawberries, diced avocado, sliced shallots and sliced almonds.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette on top and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
