Part nutritional education, part sugar detox, part support group – an empowering combination!

The RESTART® Program is a powerful way to give your body a break from sugar and processed foods while eating a nutrient-rich, whole-food diet*. With a 3-week sugar detox built right in, we will focus on how to use REAL FOOD to feel satisfied, boost your energy, reduce inflammation and get rid of sugar and carb cravings. Discover how good you can feel!

This small group (12 maximum) interactive series will be held in person, upstairs in our Community Learning Center. It is critical for each participant to be present at each session. 

*This program is not suitable for a strict vegan diet.

When: There are two separate 5-week sessions. 

Session 1 (Tuesdays): Jan. 10, Jan. 17, Jan. 24, Jan. 31, Feb. 7 
Session 2 (Mondays): Jan. 23, Jan. 30, Feb. 6, Feb. 13, Feb. 20
Session 3 (Tuesdays) Mar. 14, Mar. 21, Mar. 28, Apr. 4, Apr. 11

Cost: $199 per person, $175 for Co-op Members, $50 Additional Household Members

What You'll Learn

Week 1: Get Ready! Learn how to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for your successful REAL FOOD sugar detox.

Week 2: Healthy digestion is critical – how is yours? Find out how it’s designed to work and how to optimize your digestion to get the most out of your healthy diet.

Week 3: So what’s the big deal about sugar? Learn how your body responds to excess sugar and refined carbs, and learn how to get off of the sugar rollercoaster.

Week 4: Think fat makes you fat? We unveil the truth about dietary FATS and why healthy fats are essential to your diet. Learn which ones to enjoy, which ones to avoid and why.

Week 5: YOU DID IT! You can move forward with your success and keep feeling great! Learn how to integrate the tools and skills you’ve acquired through The RESTART® Program.

Jolie Laudicina, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Jolie is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who works with people struggling with digestive issues get clarity on how to eat to improve their digestion so they can enjoy food again, be free from discomfort and reclaim their health. Jolie has worked at the Co-op over a decade teaching people how simple it is to cook nourishing meals using real food like seasonal produce, whole grains, and humanely raised meats. Her passion is connecting people to where their food comes from and how high quality, nutrient dense foods support the innate wisdom of their bodies. She is excited to transform our community by teaching the RESTART program!
