Ingredients

  • 1 oz Spirit Works Sloe Gin
  • 1 oz Spirit Works Barrel Gin
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • ice

Cooking Instructions

In a shaker, mix together the gins, lemon juice, simple syrup with ice.

Strain out the ice and combine with sparkling water. Pour over ice in a glass and garnish with a lemon slice. Cheers!
