Ingredients
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 c. full-fat coconut milk
- 1 T. nut butter
- 2 T. cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. chia seeds
- toppings: seasonal fruit, toasted nuts or seeds
Cooking Instructions
1In a high powered blender, blend together all ingredients except for chia seeds and toppings until smooth.
2In a medium sized bowl, whisk the blended ingredients with the chia seeds until they are well incorporated.
3Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
4Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
