Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangos, diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 large lime, juiced (about ¼ cup lime juice)
  • salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and carefully mix to combine. Allow to sit 10 minutes for the flavors to marry. This salsa is great with chips, as a topping for tacos or as a delightful addition to a salad.
