    Ingredients

    • 2 c frozen mango (or fresh mango and ice)
    • 1″ knob fresh ginger, roughly chopped
    • a couple grinds of freshly ground pepper
    • 2″ knob fresh turmeric, roughly chopped (or 1 tsp ground)
    • 1-2 scoops your favorite protein powder (collagen, pea, whey, hemp)
    • 1 cup full fat coconut milk

    Optional

    • cashews
    • hemp, flax or soaked chia seeds
    • banana and/or pineapple

    Cooking Instructions

    1Blend all ingredients together using a high powered blender. Add water to make a thinner consistency if you like.
